If you want to lose weight, be more active, or build muscle, this app could be for you. The 30-Day Fitness Challenge app will act as your digital personal trainer to get your whole body toned and fit. This takes away the stress of not knowing where to start!
Sleep is key to a healthy body! From guided meditations to bedtime stories, the Calm app can help support you with all things related to sleep, managing stress and relaxation.
A few minutes of time for yourself can change your whole day. The Headspace app teaches you how to meditate properly and reduce your stress levels, key to a healthy lifestyle

Remember, building a healthier lifestyle doesn’t need to begin with a trip to the gym. Simple things like walking more have been shown to improve our health. So why not aim to increase the steps you’re taking each day? Simple tips include getting off the bus a stop earlier, parking your car in a space further away from your destination, and taking the stairs as opposed to lifts or escalators.

Getting into a new exercise routine may also be easier with a friend. Research has shown that those becoming active as a group have an increased chance of maintaining their exercise routine. Group exercise classes can be a fantastic way of meeting new people, having fun, and an easy way to burn calories!
