A fun day out is a great way to get the whole family active. But sometimes finding something everyone will like can be a challenge! If you’re looking for group activities that take place in your area, keep an eye on local noticeboards in parks or at community centres for adverts of upcoming classes. Lots of communities will have plenty of classes such as yoga, running, dancing or football!
